Return/Refund Policy

At Hardy Haus, we are committed to your satisfaction while maintaining clear and fair policies.

30-Day Return Window Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Items that have been assembled, used, or show visible signs of wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Personalized, custom-made, or specially ordered products
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., opened cushions, pillows, or bedding)
  • Large furniture items returned due to change of mind

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@hardyhaus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  4. For approved returns, items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will receive a refund of the product price, excluding original shipping costs.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, particularly for bulky or large items (such as dressers, beds, sofas, or tables), to cover handling and processing costs.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will evaluate the case and arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

International Returns Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees.

We appreciate your understanding that returns are subject to inspection and final approval. Our policies are designed to be fair while protecting the quality standards we maintain with our suppliers.
