1. Account and Use: You must be 18+ to order. Accounts are secure; you're responsible for activity. We may suspend for violations (e.g., fraud).
2. Orders and Payment: Orders are binding upon confirmation. We accept major cards via Shopify Payments. Prices exclude taxes/shipping; errors may be corrected.
3. Product Availability: Items are dropshipped; availability subject to suppliers. We reserve right to cancel out-of-stock orders with full refund.
4. Intellectual Property: Site content (images, text) is ours; no unauthorized use.
5. Limitations of Liability: Products "as is"; no warranties beyond supplier guarantees. We're not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits). Total liability capped at order value.
6. Dispute Resolution: Governed by Texas law. Disputes resolved via arbitration in San Antonio.
7. Changes: We may update terms; continued use implies acceptance.
